COVID-19 UPDATE
Out of concern for the safety of our participating families and volunteers, we have decided to hold this year's Christmas House event as a drive-thru again.
Sadly, due to COVID-19, for the second year in a row, Christmas House will not be placing Wish Trees and will not be collecting toy donations this season. Please consider making a monetary donation in lieu of toys and books, as we will be handing out gift cards to families this year.
Last year was a challenge, but thanks to the tremendous outpouring of support from our community we were still able to spread joy through gift-giving to nearly 900 local school children.
As we navigate another challenging holiday season, please consider making a monetary donation online or by mail (PO Box 3543, Chapel Hill, NC 27515). Every dollar helps!

Christmas House 2021 "day-of" event modifications to include:

Christmas House 2021 will still be held the first Saturday in December.

There will be no indoor event.

Attendees will participate in a drive-thru process where parents and guardians stay in their cars.

Gift cards for each participating child will be given to parents and guardians in place of toys.

Pre-packaged items will be distributed, based on family input via an online survey.

Limited volunteer roles will be filled with Chapel Hill Service League members only.

Volunteers will be provided with, and expected to wear, a mask, face shield, and gloves.
